Payment Methods

Rossanti currently accepts PayPal for purchases made through rossanti.com.

Additional payment methods are being arranged. Any newly available options will be displayed at checkout once activated.

1. Paying with PayPal

Select PayPal at checkout and follow the instructions to authorise your payment.

Please review your order total, delivery address, and payment details before confirming the transaction.

Any funding options offered within PayPal depend on your account, location, and PayPal’s eligibility requirements.

2. Currency and Order Total

The transaction currency and final amount payable are displayed at checkout.

Please review the product total, shipping charges, and applicable taxes before completing payment.

If currency conversion is required, PayPal or your funding provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Review any conversion information before authorising payment.

3. Payment Confirmation

After successful checkout, we will send an order confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.

If a payment requires further verification or remains pending, order processing may wait until the payment is confirmed.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Order acceptance is governed by our Terms of Service.

4. Payment Security

PayPal handles the financial information used to complete your payment. PayPal states that it does not share your full bank account or payment card information with the businesses you pay.

Rossanti may receive transaction and customer information needed to process your order, such as payment status, contact details, and shipping information. Our handling of this information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send your PayPal password or full payment card details by email or WhatsApp.

5. Failed or Pending Payments

If payment fails or remains pending, check the information displayed at checkout and in your PayPal account.

You may need to contact PayPal or your funding provider for assistance.

If you are unsure whether an order or payment went through, contact us before placing another order so that we can help check for duplicate purchases.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued through the original PayPal transaction in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

The time required for the refund to appear may depend on PayPal and the funding method used for the purchase.

7. Payment Questions and Disputes

If you notice an unexpected charge or have a payment-related concern, contact us with your order number and relevant transaction details.

We will review the issue and assist with resolving it. You may also use PayPal’s applicable dispute procedures. Contacting Rossanti does not limit your rights under those procedures or applicable law.
